Content; Our Disclosure policy as a merchant using Virtual PayPal as a payment for our service.
BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
We conduct professional polygraph examinations for business and the private sector in the UK and Europe.
Our prices are available on request and are considerably cheaper when more than one test are conducted.
PRIVACY POLICY
Only the minimum personal information is requested to process payments for our services. Name on card, type of card, card number, expiry date and three digit code.
This information is only used to process the agreed transaction after which the information is destroyed. We do not share information with anyone and the owner of the business is personally responsible for ensuring that client information is destroyed after the transaction is completed. We also provide a link on the website to enable clients to make payments themselves without having to divulge any information to us. We recommend that client use this option.
DELIVERY POLICY
After a deposit of £200 per test is received a date will be agreed for the test to be conducted and balance of payment will be due on date of service rendered.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations will receive 50% of deposit refund if cancelled before 48 hours of time of original appointment. No refunds to be made after test was conducted unless it can be proven that incorrect questions were used. All such claims will be entertained within one week of the written report date and a full refund will be given.
